Chronology of cameras Zenith Camera Corp.

This camera from the late 1940s is quite close to the Minicam type (eg: Herold 40). It is indeed one plastic-made 127 (4 x 6.5 cm) format camera, but this one is used vertically.
The focusing distance is adjusted by drawing the extractable tube at the extremity of which the lens and shutter are. There are two apertures (f/11 or f/16). The button on the right is for shutter arming. There are separate buttons for shutter triggering, one for snapshots and another for bulb exposure.

In 1948, this camera was sold for $9.95.
